–English, Japanese, Korea, Chinese are OK. If you want to use other language, you need change some date.

2.Our files are normally created in Corel Draw, is it an easy process to use Corel Draw files. What format is supported?

–Both computer user interface and Ezcad software could be in English. and Core Draw files have no any problems. Including DXF, AI, BMP, DST, DWG, DXP, LAS, PLT files type, all of them are OK.

3.do you have Power supply is 110 V? Cause we use 110V in US?

–110V power supply have no problems.We have most of customers in US,they can use machine directly.

4.20w or 30w, which one would better?

–30w machine is better. Compared with 20w machine, 30w more suit for big quantity marking.If mark same content ,30w will be faster than 20w.

5.I want to cut 0.1mm steel, 20w fiber laser marking machine ok?

–We take many test and it have no problem. But can’t do it long time because it will have big loss for machine.

If you want to do deep engraving work or cutting work on metal,you need to choose high watt fiber laser marking machine.

Deep engraving?

About engraving depth, it need multiple layers for marking , that means there are two layers, one layer parameter is Higher laser power, slower speed, this layer is for engraving depth.
Another layer parameter is Lower laser power, faster speed, this layer is for removing the dust.

Cut metal?

20W laser marking machine can cut 0.2mm Stainless steel,30W can cut 0.25mm,also it will need some time, to be honestly, this is laser marking machine, the depth of the marker around 0.01-0.2mm,not like the laser cutting machine. Even 0.2mm on stainless steel,also need very long time,not an good idea.
It’s unrealistic use laser marking machine cutting Stainless steel,even use the important Germany IPG laser, because when marking, the residue of the SS will Obstruction the cutting

Can we use IPG laser to cut jewelry?

Regarding high reflective material, IPG laser is no problem to use, it can perfect work on gold , silver, brass  .etc materials. because we also have many jewelry customers, they use 30w ipg to engrave their jewelry. No need to worry about this.

Does the 925silver get dark when engraved?Is there a treatment people use afterwards?

A:For deep engraving,usually we need use same layer pattern.
1st layer with high power for depth;2nd layer with lower for scanning and wipe the dark.
B:Actually,most jewelry will do treatment or polish after laser processing,then the jewelry will be more beautiful.

Types of marking machine

Fiber laser marking machine intorduction,first it is the type.

– Desktop marking machine,suitable for sea transportation and easy to operate

-Mini marking machine,more portable and compact,suitable for DHL and air delivery

-Enclosed marking machine,more safety,Class-1 level,when need mark,have to close the window.

Working size

Fiber laser engraver have three common working size, including 110*110mm ; 200*200mm; 300*300mm.

Additional there is some non-common working size like 50*50mm;70*70mm; 150*150mm; 175*175mm; 250*250mm.

Different working size have different focus length, it means large working size have longer focus length. The laser power strength will be weak heavily during transfer. so not all laser power could use all working size.

20w laser power, working size should less than 200*200mm, 110*110mm is the most common.

30w laser power, all working size are ok.

50w laser power, all working size are ok.

Engraving request

We have many different marking request for metal material, marking, deep engraving and gold&silver cutting.

20w laser power: marking

30w laser power: marking, deep engraving and gold&silver cutting 50w laser power; deep engraving and gold&silver cutting
50w fiber laser engraver is not common as its cost is much more higher than 20w and 30w. Usually we use it gold and silver cutting.

Also when we need do deep engraving or cutting, only 110*110mm working size or less is available.

Laser source

Laser source is heart of fiber laser marking machine. So we need pay more attention on laser power.

In China market, Germany IPG and China Raycus laser source is reliable and stable. As for other small brand, we don’t recommend you use it.

We can compare it horizontally and vertically.100,000 hours is equivalent to working for about 12,500 days if you work eight hours a day. If you work 24 hours a day, you can work for about 4166 days. One year is equal to 365 days,

so in theory, how many years can we work with a fiber laser marking machine? Of course, this is only a theoretical value. In fact, the service life of fiber laser marking machines is affected by many factors. On average, a fiber laser marking machine can take five or six years.

Affect the life and operation specifications of laser marking machine:

(1) When the light pen of the laser marking machine is in operation, never touch the beam;

(2) The laser is the core of a laser marking machine. It must be carefully moved to avoid breaking due to improper movement;

(3) In the operation, once the fault is found, it needs to be stopped immediately to avoid causing casualties;

(4) It is not possible to start the laser marking machine when the water circulation is improper;

(5) When preparing to turn off the marking machine, the current must be set at about 5A;

(6) During work, the working format should be higher than the operating format;

(7) After using the equipment for a period of time, so it is necessary to wipe the surface dust with a clean dry rag;

(8) If the field lens is used for a long time, it will become blurred or dusty. Use a clean absorbent cotton dipped in alcohol to gently wipe the lower surface of the lens until there is no dirt on the lens surface.

(9) After the equipment is stopped for half an hour, clean the items on the working surface and the residue. Cover the equipment with a clean cloth to prevent dust from entering the inside of the equipment.

1. Principle of fiber laser marking machine

Fiber laser marking machine uses a laser beam at the surface of a variety of materials with a permanent marker.

Desktop style includes normal desktop type (also called all-in-one type)and sealed type (also called fiber laser marking machine with protective cover).

Portable style includes hand-held type, portable type and mini type.

3. Detail introduction of the each type
a.Desktop type

This type of machine sales well in the market, it is suitable for clients who want to mark small parts, because the height of lifting pillar is only 47cm. Different scope lens have different focus length, so we need to confirm the focus length of the laser machine.

Note: You can see the machine in the above picture. It does not have a 3D table, we can add it if clients need it.

If needed we can also change the height of the lifting pillar to 80cm. Doing so same machine then can be used to mark big products with high height.

 

b.Mini enclosed type

Europe clients will mostly like to choose this type of machine, this type of machine has protective cover & electric lifting pillar, There is also one small window in front of the cabinet through which we can observe the marking process.

For the purpose of protection we have added one function i.e. the machine will not mark when the door is open, this also means marking is only possible when the door will be closed.

The height of box after packing the machine is about the 173cm, so when we have to ship by Air, we need to contact the freight forwarder to check if there is a big cargo plane to carry this machine.
