We should try to keep the fiber head horizontally installed inside the cutting head and lock it during the installation process.

Besides that we can try to operate in a clean environment avoid dust from rising during the installation process.

Or we can choose to operate in the morning to prevent dust from entering the cutting head.

2.The cutting head itself has a poor sealing effect

For the sealing of the cutting head, it is not always possible to guarantee complete sealing.

Then, a feasible method is to install a breathing system to maintain the internal pressure of the cutting head.

3.Incorrect replacement of the protective window case

Due to the relatively large volume of the protective mirror box, particles are inevitably mixed during the replacement process.

Therefore, we must change the speed  when replacing the protective mirror box.

And we should seal the window with tape or other film.

4.Unreasonable cutting head consumables used

The selection of qualified protective mirrors and “O” type sealing rubber ring can ensure the sealing of the cutting head and prevent the entry of dust particles.

He want to know how to clean the laser machine lens?

First we need to notice:
Looking for a clean room or ultra clean workbench and a fully equipped lens cleaning toolbox
Clean Toolbox should be: 1. Lens Cleanser (isopropyl alcohol or anhydrous ethanol) 2. Clean Air (filtered compressed air) 3. Lens Removal Tool 4. Cotton swab 5. Gloves 6. Collimator Disassembly Tool 7. Lens cleaning paper (dust-free cloth)
1.Cleanliness of slight stains
A slight stain on the optical lens can be blown directly off with clean air.
2.Medium Stain Cleaning
If the optical element is not fully cleaned with clean air, continue with the following steps:
Firstly,
Place the optical element on the bracket in the cleaning toolbox (you can also use your finger to take the side of the lens directly, and you must not touch the upper and lower surfaces of the lens with your finger).
Secondly,
Place the lens cleaning paper on the optical component and drip 2 to 3 drops of lens cleanser.
Thirdly,
Slowly drag the cleaning paper horizontally on the lens or lens to ensure no drag marks, and the lens becomes clean after dragging.

Fifthly,
If the oil is serious, use a swab to clean the mirror. Spray the lens cleanser on a clean cotton swab, then rinse for 3-5 minutes on the optical element and move from inside to outside while cleaning. Only lightly force on the surface of the optical component. Gently rotate the cotton swab along the longitudinal axis to remove dust as much as possible.

The lens pollution is serious, also may use the dust-free paper (or dust-free cloth to clean up), takes a clean dust-free paper to fold 2 times, the lens cleanser sprays in the right angle position after the folded. Grasp the lens (note the finger can not touch the upper and lower end of the lens), the other hand with dust-free paper, coated with a lens cleaner side of the lens to clean the surface, with the index finger light pressure on the other side, gently push the dust-free paper along the surface of the lens clockwise rotation

Precitec

Germany brand, most German choose it, if the head has any problem, it’s very convenient for customer to solve problems quickly. But in China fiber laser market, most machine control pcb is from Cypcut, height controller also from cypcut company, (height controller is use for control laser head). But this height controller is not compatible with Precitec laser head because the wires definition between Precitec and BCS height controller is different. That means even Chinese factory import this laser head from Germany, they have to dismantle in China, then change some parts to make it can be controlled by BCS controller.

Raytools

Switzerland brand, have different type. BT210, BT240, BM110, BM114… Usually, most manufacture using BT240 under 2000W. BM110 among 2000W-4000W. BM114 above 4000W. It’s the most popular one in Chinese market, but customer need pay attention the type according to different power.

Lasermech

America brand, it is good, but We already stopped using this brand, because too many copies on the market, and users don’t know it is original or not.
