Question 3:on burning with your laser – our – how much do I need the air pressure?

N2 13 Mpa,O2 5 Mpa, compressed air 13 Mpa

Question 4: Can we cut aluminum 2mm and steel 2mm with just compressed air?If yes what the pressure we need?

Yes, you can no matter it is 1kw IPG or 1.2kw nLIGHT, it can cut 2mm Al or steel.

It need about 1.3MPa pressure. In theory, if use compressed air to cut aluminium,

It is better effect than N2 or O2. we suggest you to use compressed air.

Question 5: Water Chiller of Fiber laser cutting machine:

Water cooler inside need to add purified water or distilled water

If the quality of pure water is not particularly good, it is recommended to change the water once every 2 weeks.

Before purchasing,we need to know more about machine,not just to sell and buy.

1.How do we center nozzles to the laser beam / where are the adjusting screws?

Cause the nozzles position is fixed,no need to adjust the nozzles.

When you change the nozzles,only need to make sure it is fixed on the laser head,then the laser beam is in the center.

2.How to make sure the laser beam is in the center?

When the machine arrive at your factory,engineers install it and adjust the laser beam in the center.After that,no need to change it any more,unless the cutting edge with different effect.For example,if we cut one square,if the four sides with different effect,one is smooth,one is burn,then that means the laser beam is not in the center.

If it is not in the center,we need to adjust the laser beam,not the nozzles,there are two screws on the laser head,to adjust the two screws to make sure the laser beams is in the center.

3.Nozzles a common manufacture or your own brand?

It is Raytools,Swiss brand,autofocus laser head.All of the spare parts,we use the original brand of Raytools.
In China,almost 90-95% manufacturers use this brand,do not worry about the inconvenient.

It is easy to buy it,and we will set 10 sets nozzles free to customers,it is enough for 1-2 years using.

4.What is required when change lens?

No need to find focus when change lens,whatever the protective lens,the focus lens or Collimating lens.Only we change different material and thickness,we need to find the correct focus.

5.Do you run sheet edge detection or can you?

Yes,for the fiber laser cutting machine,the edge detection is the standard function.

6.Slat spacing on cutting tables / pallets?

50mm between each one,do not worry about the smaller pieces will drop down the machine.

There will be the collectors under the machine,it will drop into the collectors,and you can pull it out from the right side of the machine.

Firstly,What the Hiwin motion system includes? Please detail a little bit.
For Y Axis, Hiwin motion system 35mm.
For X Axis,Hiwin motion system 25mm.

Secondly,What is the brand name of the France motoreducer?
For Y axis: 3 sets of France Motoreducer: MVB-120-10-L1 Model number.
For X axis: 1 set of France Motoreducer: MVB-090-7L1 model number.

Thirdly,Please explain, which servo motor, which movement is doing. I mean for ex: 1 set of 3000w engine doing the back and forth movement, 1 set of 400w doing the Z axis movement and so on.
Y axis has 3 servo motors, all of them are 3kw , 2 are for rotary , 1 for back and forth movement.
X axis has 850w.
Z axis has 400w.

Fourthly,Please explain the remarks of the offer, for example the list from point nr. 2 everything is included or not (laser bed, auto tracking/height adjustment, tongfei water chiller, industrial computer).

I checked the quote again, there is some mistakes in it.
Laser bed, industrial PC are all included.
But chiller is not included, because you do not buy laser source from XT LASER.
Auto tracking adjustment is belonging to software, because you do not buy our software, so this part also not included.

Finally,The Z axe has no motoreducer, just servo motor?

Z axis moving distance is so short, no need reducers.

Could You tell me more about the industrial PC? touchscreen or not? what kind of base board what kind of processor?

It is not touch screen.

Firstly,for your cutting materials,all is high reflective material(reflect the laser from the material surface,is hard to absorb the laser)

The Nlight laser source is suitable for the materials,made in USA brand.

Its special for cutting high-reflective material. Cause inside of the Nlight laser source,there is one laser optical isolation,can avoid the laser reflect to the laser source to damage it.

Secondly,for your thickness, the maximum is 1.75mm,700w laser power can cut 1.5mm copper,2mm brass,3mm stainless steel,2.5mm aluminum.

According to our testing and experience,engineers suggest you to choose 1000w Nlight laser power.

Thirdly,for machine size,we have the model of 1.5*1.5m ,thats the most suitable for your size.
Attached the machine layout,you can check the 1515 model size.

This machine picture is 1515 model,this one will be sent to USA customer in next month,is on machine aging now.

And for fiber laser cutting machine,according to our testing,the limit cutting is not good for the machine using.
For example,5mm SS is the maximum cutting thickness of 1000w,if you need to cut a large quantity of 5mm SS,engineers suggest you choose 1500w.

So hope you take it into consideration.
