Secondly,The nozzle selection is not suitable, replace the nozzles.

Thirdly,The purity and pressure of the cutting gas are insufficient, and it is necessary to provide high-quality cutting working gas and increase the pressure.

Fourthly,If cut quadrilateral, the adjacent two sides will have burrs, indicating that the center of the optical path is offset, and readjust the center point of the optical path from the nozzle; if there are burrs on the two parallel sides, There is a problem with the verticality of the machine.

The verticality of the laser head can be taught according to the direction of the burr of the parallel side. Please check whether the roundness of the nozzle of the nozzle has changed. It must be ensured that the roundness of the nozzle is a full circle. .

There are many reasons why can not cut off the sheet plate. The most common ones are as follows:

1. Compressed air

 

Air is suitable for cutting aluminum,galvanized steel plates. To some extent, it can reduce oxide film and save cost. When cutting plate is not thick, and the requirement for cutting end face is not too high.  sheet metal case, cabinet will use it

2.Nitrogen

Air is suitable for cutting aluminum, stainless steel plates. It can prevent oxidation.Keep a good cutting result.

3. Oxygen

if Oxygen mainly plays a role of combustion support, it can increase the speed of cutting and the thickness of cutting. Oxygen is suitable for thick metal cutting, high speed cutting and extremely thin metal cutting. For example, such as some thicker carbon steel plates, oxygen can be used.
