Today I simply introduce two parts of machine.

1. Machine bed

Firstly,machine bed consists of High-strength cast iron weld structure

annealed eliminate casting stress,

after roughing semi-finishing → semi-fished → VSR → finishing,

stress relieving more thoroughly,

reducing the deformation to ensure the accuracy remains long-term without changed.

Via CNC system control AC servo motor, coaxial drive beam

to achieve Y direction reciprocation,

fast movement and feed motion, the motion stroke is 2950mm;

Secondly,rack ,pinion and linear guide device with seal dust,

the light weight dust cover keep reliable operation;

rack, pinion and linear guide use effectively precision products

to ensure the accuracy of the transmission;

Thirdly,both ends of the travel have limit switches control,

supplement by an elastic sides of the cushion,

effectively ensure the security of the machine kinematics.

2.Machine gantry

Firstly,machine beam use overall high-intensity tube weld after artificial aging

to ensure overall rigidity and strength.

The process contains Roughing → VSR → semi-finished → VSR → finishing.

Then,beam installs on the bed of the support rail (rail divided linear guide rails and flat rail).

Beams fit with high-quality linear guide, servo motor driven through a reduction gear rotates,

Finally,the Z-axis slide in the X direction to achieve the reciprocating motion, the motion stroke is 1450mm;

So during working, with limit switches control travel and elastic cushion at both ends to ensure security of the system operation;

Beams above and on both sides with the cover closed,fit between the beams and cross slide scalable organ type shield,ensure the rack and linear guide running across a close environment,Optical path segment with organ-protective mask seal,a hermetic seal structure of the optical path.

After you get the machine,there also need many steps you need to do.

About the machine installation and training,before the engineers come to your factory,you need to prepare:

1.Nitrogen.

Cause you need to cut 1mm to 6mm stainless steel,it need Nitrogen.
At least 2 bottles of Nitrogen.

2.Alcohol.

Purity is 99.99%,if we need change the lens of laser head,we need to use it.
And in your future using,you also need it to clean the lens.

3.The suitable industrial voltage,you should have it already.

4.Prepare the lubricating oil.

You know we have the lubricating oil system, to make sure the guide rail,rack and pinion ,etc.
5.If possible,prepare some tools,like Wrench, pliers, electric drill,need install the machine.
6.Do not damage the package,when engineers arrived at your factory,you open the package together.

When the machine is coming to your factory,let me know when you have time for installation and training,i need time to apply the visa for engineer.

Clean the surface of the equipment to attach dust and cut slag
Check the joints of the capacitor signal module (at the cutting head) to confirm that the fastening is intact and there is no looseness.
Clean up the water in the A/C storage tank
Equipment homing (including X, Y and Z axes)
Cleaning waste scraps and debris in waste trailers
Check the lubricating oil level in the lubricating oil pump. If it is not enough, fill it in time.

Comparison between the cast iron machine bed and thick metal plate machine bed.

For cast iron machine bed just need 7 days or 10 days to finish it,they just need to melt the iron and pour it into the mold,then its over,without any technology processing.

Our machine bed need 25 days to 30 days to finish one,there are many technology steps need to do.
If you produce one thing,time cost is the important cost too.

And the most important thing is that,the iron cast machine bed is melt into the mold.So there will be air bubble inside the bed,the machine bed is easy to split.And once the spliting,then the whole machine can not be used,because the iron cast is melted into a whole bed.

So if you have a checking of the machine bed,you can find that,90% suppliers use the thick plate machine bed,whatever the HAN’S,or XTLASER,even a smaller factory.

Cause we use the thick plate welding machine,we have removed the internal stress of the metal after the welding of the machine bed.Cause the machine bed has been on high temperature annealing.(because some suppliers use the CNC machine bed,do not with this step,the machine bed will be not stable for the fiber laser cutting)

This kind of machine bed has strongly reasonable structure, it is produced by relief annealing. So the whole structure is very firm and hard to be deformed.

The Laser Cutting Principle

Due to the unique structure of fiber lasers, improper operation mode may cause serious damage to the inner core components of fiber lasers in the operating environment with low temperature. Therefore, the fiber lasers in the cold winter more need to care.
In order to help you better protect the laser equipment, extend the life of the machine, the hundred-dimensional laser to provide you with the following solutions:
1. First of all, please strictly follow the instructions of the hundred-dimensional laser operation. The ambient operating temperature of the hundred-dimensional fiber laser is allowed to range: 10 ℃-40 ℃.
2. Extreme hypothermia can cause the internal waterway of the laser to freeze and not work properly. Therefore, the hundred dimensional proposal:
• Please add in the water chiller tank based on glycol. Allowing the addition of solution to the measurement range: 10%-20% of the container, for example: your chiller tank capacity is 100 liters, add based on ethylene glycol can not exceed 20 liters.
In addition, the addition of ethylene glycol is based on the need to consult your chiller manufacturer.
• Low ambient temperatures during the winter months, such as the laser water pipe connection is placed outdoors.It is strongly recommended that customers do not close the chiller in this case. (If your laser has a maximum power of 2-kilowatt (including) above, you must turn on the laser 24 volt power switch while running the chiller).

3. If the ambient temperature of the laser is used between 10℃-40℃, no antifreeze is added. In addition, in summer, please clean the antifreeze in the refrigerator, and then inject distilled water for use.
4. If you do not add antifreeze, you can keep the cold water cooler for 24 hours without shutting off the machine.
5. If your laser is in a long-term downtime in winter, be sure to drain the residual water from the laser water pipe.
6. If the laser in the low-temperature weather need to transport or repair, also must be the residual water in the laser drainage dry before packing transport.
7. If your laser maximum power is above 2-kilowatt (including), please be sure to drain the laser power, otherwise, the internal water of the laser solenoid valve will not be opened due to the normal drainage.
